Let's start your mental performance journey! It may not be very clear where to start or how this works. Here are the steps to booking your first session and creating your performance plan for your goals. 

First Session

The initial assessment sessions are 45 minutes. The goal of this session is to gain rapport and create your performance plan based on your needs

Follow up Appointments

Follow-up appointments are 60-minute sessions. You truly start to see change after 4-5 sessions as you learn new skills and gain a better understanding of your habits. You can sign up for sessions one at a time or purchase a package

Next Steps

After a handful of sessions, you will start to see change and see the improvements. Check-in sessions can be scheduled monthly to learn new skills, refresh existing ones, or prepare for a big competition. These sessions range from 30 to 60 minutes.
